What we collect
If you create an account, we collect the email address you sign in with. If you use the site as a guest, no account data is collected — your saves and swipes are kept only in your browser's local storage.
Once signed in, we store the reactions, notes, bookmarks, and follows you create, so your personal feed and Constellation stay in sync across your devices.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Third-party processors
We use Neon, a managed PostgreSQL provider, to store your account and personalization data, and self-host Better Auth to manage sign-in against that database. If you choose to sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or X instead of email, that provider processes your authentication under its own privacy policy. Neon processes this data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (e.g. guest bookmarks). We don't use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at claciconapp@gmail.comand we'll action it promptly.
Children's privacy
Daily Signal is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
