Acceptance of terms

Daily Signal is operated by ClaCiCon (“ClaCiCon”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Daily Signal is

Daily Signal is an AI-curated intelligence feed that aggregates and summarizes publicly available information — news stories, newsletters, podcasts, and trend signals from sources such as Product Hunt, GitHub, Hacker News, and frontier model benchmark leaderboards. Summaries link back to their original sources; Daily Signal does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Accounts

Creating an account (via email sign-in) lets you save, react to, and take notes on stories, and follow topics across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Your content

Reactions, notes, bookmarks, and follows you create belong to you. We store them to power your personal feed and Constellation, and do not sell them to third parties — see our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription, billed automatically on a recurring basis via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from Settings. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't refund the unused portion of a canceled period.

If you were charged in error, charged after a cancellation that should have taken effect, or a technical fault on our end kept you from using a paid feature you were billed for, contact us at claciconapp@gmail.comwithin 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it. Outside of these cases, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don't use Daily Signal to scrape, resell, or redistribute aggregated content at scale, attempt to disrupt the service, or violate any applicable law.

No warranty

Daily Signal is provided “as is”. AI-generated summaries may contain errors or omissions — always verify anything important against the original source before relying on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaCiCon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
